Chemical Solvents, Inc. has announced the addition of a new Morehouse Cowles ViscoMAX multi-shaft mixer and additional 10,000-gallon stainless steel storage tanks. These additions will enable CSI to produce more blends to meet increased demand. Chemical Solvents, Inc. specializes in the production of flammable products and is capable of producing a wide range of high viscosity blends from 100 to 1,000,000 CPS (centipoises).

According to Blaine Davidson, Vice President of Sales, “The market for more than simple solution blends has driven the need for more equipment to produce more complex high viscosity blends. The additional Cowles mixer is a direct result of that demand”.

Chemical Solvents, Inc. has the capacity for blending batch sizes up to 7,000 gallons. CSI can produce anything from simple solutions to extremely thick and viscous blends. Another recent addition is a time of flight gas chromatography mass spectrometer that allows manufacturing to tight tolerances and specifications.

CSI also produces a full line of proprietary SP products that meet existing applications including paint strippers, aqueous cleaners, purge cleaners, gun cleaners, floor cleaners and metal cleaners.
